Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Director and driving HR excellence across the organization. Your core duties include:
- Assist the HR Director in human resource planning, strategy development, and effective implementation
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, build and maintain a strong talent pool, and manage employee compensation and salary administration
- Plan and execute corporate culture initiatives, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of company management systems, policies, and operational workflows
- Prepare the annual HR budget and monitor its implementation to ensure cost-effective HR operations
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this senior HR role at CWAY Nigeria, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a strong advantage
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian employment law, regulatory compliance, labour standards, and HR policy development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in modern HR software, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven leadership experience in HR management (previous senior or managerial HR roles preferred)
