Key Responsibilities
- Drive value and volume-led growth for the Royco brand
- Lead innovations and manage BLG (Big Launch Growth) campaigns based on category growth principles
- Handle end-to-end brand management for Royco
- Identify and capitalise on incremental growth opportunities while managing the core business
- Develop and execute inspiring brand communications
- Manage the brand’s digital strategy and electronic communications
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- BA / BSc / HND degree (any discipline)
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in:
- Experiential marketing
- Digital marketing
- Project management
- Strong numeracy skills and solid business acumen
- Ability to deliver operationally while thinking strategically ahead
- Excellent cross-functional relationship management skills
