The User Services team focuses on delivering exceptional service to SunFi users through the online platform and offline channels. This is achieved via continuous user engagement, feedback collection, and support to ensure high satisfaction and seamless experiences.
As a User Services Intern, you will support various roles within the User Services team, contributing to user satisfaction and operational efficiency in a dynamic clean energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering quality user support and services across online and offline channels.
- Engage with users to gather feedback and insights.
- Support team objectives in maintaining high service standards on the SunFi platform.
- Handle additional tasks aligned with team vision, including problem resolution and process support.
Eligibility Requirements

Qualifications
- B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or related field; some sources note BA/BSc/HND accepted in relevant disciplines).
